Im frustrated tonight. Baby girl is just starting to get over her stomach virus and now she's congested. I want to pick her up and put her in bed with me but she has that damned tube. It's a love hate relationship with her Gtube. Love it cause it allows her to eat thus saving her life...hate it because I can't just pick my child up and move from room to room. Instead I have to pack all her equipment up in to a book bag for us to move around. Not just carrying a heavy baby but a book bag with a pump and feeding bag in it too. It's cumbersome.
I want to snuggle with her but can't because her pump is charging across the room and she is always hooked to her pump. So she's over there...and I'm on my blow up mattress across the room pouting.
